1. Introduction
Welcome to Eachdaykart's eProtection Plan, designed to make your shopping experience safer. Eachdaykart acts like your shopping assistant and gets insurance for your purchases. We partner with third-party insurance companies to protect your products. If something goes wrong during transit, these insurance companies will handle claims. Please note that Eachdaykart does not offer returns or exchanges, but this plan ensures your products are insured when purchased from our site.
2. Definitions
- "Eachdaykart" is our online store and service.
- "Customer" is you, the person buying from Eachdaykart and getting this eProtection Plan.
- "eProtection Plan" is the plan we're talking about here.
- "Transit Insurance Policy" is the insurance we buy for you to cover your products during transit.
- "Third-Party Insurance Company" is the insurance company we work with.
- "Product" is what you buy from us.
3. Coverage and Benefits
Plan A
Plan A protects your products during transit from lots of problems, like:
- Fire or Explosion
- Things falling off or crashing during transport
- Vehicles crashing into each other
- Natural disasters (like earthquakes or lightning)
- Water getting into your cargo
- Damage while loading, unloading, or handling your stuff
- Theft or damage by bad people
- Missing or undelivered items
- Goods getting hijacked
Plan B
Plan B covers fewer things, but still important ones:
- Fire or Explosion
- Things falling off or crashing during transport
- Vehicles crashing into each other
- Natural disasters (like earthquakes or lightning)
6. Exclusions
This eProtection Plan doesn't cover:
- Damage because of something you did on purpose or because of your mistakes.
- Damage from regular wear and tear.
- Damage from things you didn't tell us about before.
- Damage outside of the insurance coverage period.
This plan ensures your products are insured during transit. Your satisfaction and your products are super important to us!
